It’s a very well constructed treadmill, the machine works great. The problem I’m having is the apps. ,Especially AFG PRO , they do not work. Please fix app. It’s a big reason I bought this particular treadmill.

Never had a treadmill before have been looking for the right one and right price point and really wanted to get what I needed and not fall for something I didn’t need. This treadmill is everything! It meets and exceeds standards and the customer service is awesome! This is the best first treadmill that you can buy!

We love our treadmill. It took two ppl to set it up and was SUPER heavy to bring inside, so be prepared for that. It has all the bells and whistles you’d want for a simple home gym. Definitely recommend this treadmill.

Initial impressions extremely positive!

I ordered the 7.0AT 11/19/2020 and received it 11/27/2020. The shipping company was extremely professional, contacting me with text message (after I signed up for text tracking) as well as via phone call two days before delivery. I was given a window of 10am to 2pm, and I was shocked when the truck pulled up at 10:05am. The treadmill was on a pallet, the driver used a pallet jack to drop the treadmill at the garage door. The box was overall undamaged, with a few scrapes and bruises you would expect to see in a 10ft by 3ft box weighing 275 lbs. Overall, the ordering and delivery process was amazing.
The wife and I unpacked the unit outside and carried each piece in one at a time. The packaging was solid and nothing inside was damaged. Be aware, this thing is heavy!
Assembly was pretty straight forward, but you definitely need two people. The tools, nuts, and bolts came in a blister pack, nothing was missing. Please take time to read the instructions carefully, and, as the instructions state, do not tighten any bolts until you are done. You need the pieces to have wiggle in order to line up all of the nuts, bolts and screws.
Once assembled, we obviously needed to try this thing out. The interface is simple, if you have ever used a treadmill you will not find any surprises. I really like the rolling wheels for increasing and decreasing speed and incline. I've never seen that before and really like that feature. The speed and incline is very smooth, the motor is quiet, and the belt only needed minor adjustment to center.
I have to repeat, this thing is heavy and solid! I'm 210lbs and when I tested running on this treadmill it didn't budge, except for the shock absorbsion in the deck.
Haven't played with the app or bluetooth, and most likely never will. I did plug my phone in to the speakers, and while they worked, don't expect anything other than basic quality. If you want to stream music you will be much better off with headphones or a BT speaker.
Overall, I am extremely satisifed with the company, the delivery and the treadmill itself.

Minor change suggestion

I had some trouble when i first received my treadmill, customer service is taking care of the problem or attempting to at this point. I ordered this size treadmill because i am a bigger guy 6'2 the handles for the heart monitor are really low for me and due to the angle they are kind of uncomfortable to hold on to. The memory triggers are in kind of a bad spot, i always hit them changing my speed or incline at a bad time..... small details overall i like the machine...

Good but the lock on the folding track needs to be more reliable for safety

The treadmill is solid and good. It would have been nice to have expert assembly.
The only issue I’ve come across is that the lock when folded does not lock securely. It has unlatched on me while moving it and fortunately it was came down on me slowly to where I could stop it from hitting my head.
