Fine treadmill, poor heart rate monitor...

Nice piece of equipment, very solid. Assembly was very simple. The only item that is sub-par (as I have read in other reviews) is the built-in heart rate monitor. It always shows 80 bpm when I use the grips. Really not acceptable when it is advertised as a feature. Other than that, it is a fine treadmill. Too bad they did not get everything right.

Not thrilled about where the

Not thrilled about where the hand rest are, for me personally very awkward. Don't like the speed dials on hand rest either, several times nearly fell due to unexpected increase in speed. Would really like to have option of getting a longer power cord if possible.

Delivery was 2 days late but happy with product.
With assistance assembly took about an hour.
Wife is not tech savvy but she has been enjoying the treadmill too.

I just received my new 7.0 treadmill. It’s great and very sturdy. It feels like a treadmill you would see at a gym. Great buy especially during the pandemic where gyms are limited.

Needs some improvements on the small things

I like my new 7.0 AT treadmill. Although I’m not entirely impressed with a few features. The fan is not very strong you can barely feel it and there’s no adjusting it. The speakers are not loud I definitely had to use my own speakers (love the Bluetooth connectivity). The heart monitor takes a bit longer to read and doesn’t seem to read very accurately, I need to keep moving my had trying to figure where to place them for better readability?

Disappointing so far...

tablet app doesn't work. neither does right scroll wheel for speed adjustment. Support sent me a flash drive update... didn't work. Back to Support. Pretty disappointing so far. :-(
