It works but only some

It works but only some of the buttons. I can't get my heart rate to register at all. I tried the some control and the hand grips to no avail. It is very quiet and I like it but it turns off randomly. My husband put it together and I don't know what he did. Oh well!

New to treadmills so I'll give it a 4.5 for the moment. Intuitive controls, smooth transitions. Heavy duty materials used in its construction. Upkeep seems simple enough. Individual user settings are useful and there is a guest setting as well.

Just got the treadmill. I have had a couple in the past 15 years. This is by far the best quality for the price treadmill I have ever owned. Lover the lifetime warranty although I have not had to use it yet. A little on the large size but is built well, has all the features I need and fits just fine. Folds a lot more easily than others I have had. All in all it is a great value and I very happy with it so far.
