We are extremely happy with our purchase. It arrived quickly. Packaging was damaged in several places, but we asked the delivery man to write that information onto the dropoff page. The interior packaging of the treadmill was notably padded. The installation process was straight forward, and the instructions were easy to understand/ follow

It's Great Machine

I love my treadmill, very little noise, I can do exercise without disturbing any one early in the morning, heavy duty, very stable and easy to put together, but you need one more person to help. very smooth ride. I had it for about three month works great.
