Lay it down first

maybe i missed it, but i went back to check the trashed packaging and didnt see it. DO NOT OPEN BOX WHILE IT IS ON ITS SIDE. I did (the way it was dropped off ) thinking i could get rid of the packaging and then lay it down. it caused hundreds of dollars worth of damage to the wood floors and i almost crushed my hand trying to stop the base from swinging open. again, maybe i missed it. But apparently i needed a bigger warning. The assembly manual inside the box later mentioned not to unbox while on its side because it could cause serious injury or damage.

Great customer service, decent machine

So far, we got a motor that makes a weird little clicking noise (that’s being replaced as part of the warranty), but the treadmill itself is nice.
The app doesn’t work on my iPhone at all- I wish they would partner with someone who can make a working app.
The heart rate monitor bounces constantly and doesn’t seem to be very reliable, varying from 80-130 within a couple seconds.
The silicone bottle for the belt is REALLY hard to use in the small space you have to squeeze I out under the belt.
Customer service has been great so far!
There are mainly minor things that should be improved on, but the machine itself seems sturdy and has a good range of speed/incline. Overall I’m happy with my purchase, aside from those minor issues/inconveniences.

Great Treadmill

Bought to help get my running back on track. Set up was relatively quick and very easy. Works great. After leveling, it runs super smooth and feels like the same quality as a gym treadmill, which was something I didn’t expect for the price. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase.

The Horizon Fitness 7.0 AT

The Horizon Fitness 7.0 AT tradmill was easy for one person to assemble. The treadmill is very sturdy and easy to use. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles some, but delivers a great workout. I have had some great workouts and it easily handles my 210 lbs.
The shipping company EFW is their weak link. They originally sent the treadmill to the wrong city and delivered the box with severe damage (treadmill was fine).
