Terrible! I am coming up on my second payment for this treadmill and it still doesn’t operate correctly. I have had one service on it and have been waiting on ordered parts for the next service ...parts that never come and no one seems to know when they will be available. My machine should have been swapped out immediately prior to the selling to other customers! I am not happy!

Happy with Treadmill, the app needs some help.

Overall pleased with the treadmill. It came in perfect condition and our whole family is using it. My only issue is the app and it connecting with Fitbit. It really is a struggle and sometimes it's not connecting/matching to what the treadmill shows.

Thus far, I am very happy with my treadmill. Not being able to run due to COVID was driving me nuts. Now I can workout in the comfort of my home. I will never return to a gym.

Good, sturdy treadmill

We bought this when we realized we couldn't go to a gym safely any more. It is sturdy enough for both my husband and I. He is 5'11 and 180 lbs. and takes long strides and he runs comfortably on this treadmill. I enjoy running on it very much as well. I do want to point out that we have had issues connecting our phone to the Bluetooth on the machine to play music. It takes a long time for my phone (iPhone) to connect but my husbands ( Samsung) connects quickly.
Also, the fan is a great feature but I have to bend down to get it in my face- I'm 5'6. This isn't a deal breaker but it would be nice to hit my face as I run.
This is a super heavy beast to move so plan accordingly when you have it delivered.
They aren't doing in-home deliveries at this time of course.
Assembly took my husband and I a couple hours. The base and belt came already assembled but You need to attach the arm rests and control board.

Great treadmill/App is awful

We just received the treadmill and so far it by itself is impressive. Much more like a gym treadmill than a home treadmill. Solid construction and big. Still it was easy to put together. If you’re looking for a good treadmill, so far this seems an excellent choice.
The app though is just terrible. I’ve tried it on four different devices and it works well on none of them. There are multiple glitches on iOS version and while I got the Android version to sort of work, it still has many problems. The biggest being this is supposed to sync to UA/Fitbit apps and that doesn’t remotely work on any version.
Bottom line if you want a good/solid treadmill then this is perfect. If you want app integration then this isn’t the best product for you.
