Good delivery service. FYI SUPER heavy and couldn’t do install because of COVID. Just something to keep in mind. Great customer service. Had issue with padded feet upon self installation and they took care of it quickly. Much appreciated. App is basic but works for getting programs running easily. Solid running surface. Easy to fold up. My iPad tends to fall of the shelf so I think I’ll be putting a shelf on the wall instead. But overall very happy.

For the price its much better than expected. I've owned several medium to low priced treadmills in the past and this one might top them all for the price. The controls are very easy to use. It has a nice solid feel when running or walking. The motor responds rapidly not like some I've seen that seem to respond slowly to speed and incline changes. The only, not important, thing that I don't like is the lack of a water bottle holder. There is no cup or place to put things such as phones, water etc. But not at all a big deal. I highly recommend this treadmill for those looking for a intermediate buy.
