So this is a really nice treadmill. Not hard on joints, smooth operation, great features. My only gripe is with these dials. While running, if you so much as brush one it changes your settings. These dials should either be a little stiffer to turn or you should be able to lock them out. Even using them is a bit frustrating because they turn so freely that it’s hard to hone in on your intended level. Great concept, but they need some work and you definitely need the ability to lock them out when not using them. Hopefully they introduce this in the future. I am considering just taking them off altogether.
My basement ceiling is very low so this elliptical is perfect. It only has roughly a 10" rise. I put it together no problem. I been using it 3-4 times a week. This thing has a wonder motion (stride). Very happy so far. I will update if something goes wrong.
I and my wife use this treadmill for running everyday. It serves our purpose. It’s less noisy even when we run at up to speed 8. Setup was a little tough only due to its heaviness. However, the setup steps weren’t complex.
I always get shocked when I touch the treadmill's frames or hand grips with my hands

The only complaint I have is I always get shocked when I touch the treadmill with my hands. This is inconvenient especially when I need to rest on them after a long run, even though I plugged the treadmill into a three pronged outlet.
