[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I have had my 7.0 AT Treadmill for less than 3 years now. I have had to replace the belt already, the running deck developed a crackled texture, which causes drag when running, and just this week my Motor Control Board started pouring out thick white smoke when a capacitor went bad. Add to that the need to lube and vacuum the treadmill every month, and this is a poor performing, high maintenance product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The whole family uses our new Horizon 7.0; so easy to use, couldn't be happier. Best purchase we have made in a long while. Seems to be a perfect.fit for our 49 to 13 year old age range. We highly recommend anything they have to offer; thank you so much Horizon !!!
I purchased my 7.0 AT 3 years ago and have loved it. Easy maintenance, comfortable, efficient controls. A week after our 3 year anniversary, the console display died. We are being told that the fix is essentially the cost of the treadmill (700+ 150 service + 150 install). It is out of warranty and we are out of luck. I have recommended the treadmill to many, I just hope that they don't have the same issue.
I've had this treadmill for probably 8 months now. I run on it a couple of times a week and do short walks on it 5-6 times a week. It's a nice looking, sturdy treadmill that is easy to operate. It has a good variety of pre-programmed runs. However, the fan blows into your chest rather than your face. Some may like this, but I don't because I don't feel the fan as much as I'd like. Also, the cup holder area isn't recessed, it's flat so my water bottle bounces around a fair amount. Finally, the treadmill changes speeds without me touching the buttons on the console or the quick dial controls. When it changes it's only by .1 or .2, but still, it's frustrating and potentially dangerous. For the most part it's a good treadmill. My complaints are minor, but I do wish I would have tried it out in a store first before purchasing.
I’m a former marathoner and I know what a good treadmill needs. The horizon 7.0 AT is a great affordable treadmill with strong horsepower and user friendly controls!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Random buttons on our treadmill will not work (the number 3 speed, etc). My husband believes it’s an easy switch if the board which he can do—but we can’t get anyone on phone or via email, and we purchased the warranty. We’ve contacted a lawyer and started that process. How annoying. It’s a great treadmill otherwise, so it’s a shame, because we probably would’ve recommended it to others.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this treadmill for winter/rainy day use in my basement. After a lot of research, landed on this brand/model and after 6 months couldn't be happier. App is not great but the treadmill is better than many gym treadmills I have used. Have this set up in front of a large TV in my basement and this helps me to run and walk for hours (I typically dislike running in almost ay form and get bored very quickly). Favorite features include dial incline/speed, easy button one-touch speed/incline, and overall layout and robust build of the treadmill. Would buy again every time, strongly recommend.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about this treadmill, why buy a Peloton Tread when you can spend a quarter of the money and still be able to get the benefit by using the Peloton app.
