Very pleased

This is a great treadmill. The incline adjusts smoothly. The fan is in the right spot. There is a good selection of workouts. It has fantastic cushioning. My husband recently had knee surgery and he has been able to walk on it with no problems at all. My teenager even loves it. I only have 2 complaints. The 1st is that the compartment that holds your water bottle isn't padded so the water bottle shakes and makes noise when you run. I remedy that by putting a towel behind it. The 2nd is that the hand-grip heart monitor doesn't always work. I can hold the sensors for minutes on end and not get a reading. However, I have been meaning to get a wearable anyhow so it isn't really an issue for me. Overall, this was a great buy for my family.

First three consoles I received were all damaged. Treadmill sat partly assembled for six weeks before I could use it. Customer service was excellent and very professional. After three damaged consoles were received customer service had it shipped directly to them, checked by them, and overnight shipped to me. I've been using the treadmill for one week and love it so far.

Getting started.

Fairly easy to assemble, Very impressed with the quality seems like something that would be in a gym. A little disappointed in the Bluetooth speakers they don’t seem to be very loud. All in all seems to be a great piece of equipment

Solid treadmill

Treadmill is working as advertised. Relatively easy to install - the hardest part was getting the box to the basement. Included shipment delivered into the garage on-time. Well packaged and protected - but the box is heavy. We had a lot of help getting it into the basement where it was set up. I have not tried any fancy routines - just set it to manual time, speed and incline and run. Fan is just enough to keep a decent wind on your chest. If you use a tablet and place it on the shelf, it will block the display. A tablet holder above would have been nice, but that wasn't a dealbreaker for me. Overall, solid frame, and it feels like it will last.

Solid equipment

Purchased for use by 3 different adults so needed to meet multiple needs, a 6 foot 200+lb man for running as well as his wife who wants to get back into shape after their second child and their 58 year old Mom/mother-in-law who’s looking to get in some exercise time watching little ones while they work. It was selected for the sturdiness, size and length as well as options for multiple users and the warranty. It’s s solid unit put together in about 11/2 hours. The only issues we had were that the “courtesy” delivery which promised to bring the unit inside the house was issued to a company that only sent one poor guy to deliver who asked if there was anyone there to help him. You’d think a 300 lb treadmill would warrant 2 guys to prevent damage but between the delivery guy and grandma who helped to pivot and push, the unit was delivered with no damage. The only other issue is that it required lubricating/oiling the belt prior to use. Since the belt comes already assembled why can’t this be done at the factory level at least for the first time? There was also a large screen button sticker which came crunched up but after realizing it was the Spanish version it was not a problem. As for the unit itself it is simple and solid and reasonably quiet itself. The adjusting of the belt after loosening to lubricate is a little tricky and took some time to get centered again. The folding operation is smooth and easy. Looking forward to getting some good use out it.
