great treadmill

I would give five stars except I had trouble with the ordering end of things... website had issues when I placed the order, the mat I ordered didn't come, treadmill took two weeks to get shipped... but the customer service was always pleasant and responsive. We are waiting for the mat to arrive now as customer service had to replace the order for us, and we have the treadmill up and running in the home. It works great, we love it, and are so grateful to have it. If you have patience and are willing to track your purchase, this machine is worth the effort. Thank you.

We're very happy with the features of the treadmill for the price. We have had some initial issues with the belt slipping, but so far the company has been very responsive and helpful.

I have been using this treadmill for a week now. It’s very sturdy and a great value for the price I paid. Assembly was kind of a pain but more so just because it’s such a heavy piece of equipment to move around.

Excellent Choice

I took my time to review several treadmills, this one came on top every time. I was very easy to put together (did it myself with very little help from my husband, and I'm only 5ft.) The machine is impressive and very quiet and build to last. Love it so far. I also love the fact that I got it finance, so I don't have to pay a big chunk of many all at from. I highly recommend it !

Great online purchase experience!

I was shopping for a Horizon Fitness treadmill because our previous one was also a Horizon that we had for 13 years. Was recommended the 7.0 AT based on our use and comparison to the treadmill we had previously. I saw there was a 24 month interest free financing promotion so I applied for that. I had an approval and ordered the treadmill within about 10 minutes. Delivery was scheduled, the delivery carrier called me to schedule delivery, and the treadmill was at my house in 10 days. The entire process was as simple as can be!
