the tread belt constantly moves

I've onky had the product about 1 month. Feels great to get such a well made product at such a low price (in comparison to other fitness equipment items i have bought). It does everything as advertised. Very happy consumer.

It has been so far so good with the exception that it will not display calories burned correctly. It seems to stay stuck on the heart rate 98% of the time. I would rather know what it calculated for the calories burned during my workout.

A solid and attractive piece of exercise equipment.

The Horizon &.0 AT treadmill is a solid and attractive piece of exercise equipment. The motor that is quiet and smooth and the running deck is a good size with just the right amount of cushion. The display and available features are more than adequate for any runners needs. I use the built in technology it to connect to Zwift for virtual running and the feature works well. There are a couple of items that could use some improvement. The Heartrate monitor is not accurate, I don't know if it is a defect for my unit or typical for all of these treadmills, but I use an Apple Watch while exercising to monitor my heartrate so for me this isn't a big deal. The rollers on the handles used for speed and incline adjustments are too sensitive. It makes it difficult to fine-tune the speed while running and as a result I have to resort to using the less conveniently located up\down arrows to adjust speed. Not a huge deal, but it would be nice if those rollers had tighter control. Overall I am satisfied with this product and would recommend it.
