I’ve owned the 7.0 AT for about a month now. Ordering was easy and customer service was friendly and as helpful as they could be considering my shipment was delayed thanks to the government shut down. The assembly is fairly easy but is better with two people due to the weight some of the pieces. So far the quality of the treadmill exceeds that of any other home treadmill I’ve used. The display is simple as is the app. I wish the app tracked more data - but I do have a heart rate watch for that. The belt does not slip and the longer track is helpful for running and hill training.
I haven’t had the opportunity to try all of the programs and options - but I feel that this is a great treadmill and the quality is better than any other at this price point.

For the price, this is a good value treadmill. It was not terribly fun to put together, but not difficult. Cons: the start and stop buttons are large and clunky. You have to push them just right to work. Instructions for the lubricant are downright ridiculous and a hassle. The belt should not have to be loosened to apply lubricant. Here’s the fix- buy a lubricant with a long application tube. It fits right under the mat, and saves your sanity from taking apart the back end. Even after applying Horizon’s lubricant as indicated, the belt/running deck are not as smooth as other machines. Pros: good price, solid (incredibly heavy) machine, plenty of bells and whistles if you're into that, and it seems to function properly.

The 7.0 AT treadmill is everything it promised. I am especially happy with it's sturdy construction. Great price for such a quality piece of equipment.

Less than 2 weeks old, and it died.....

Less than 2 weeks old. Tried to use it tonight and it died. Of course Customer Service hours are when I'm actually at work and not at home. Submitted a request for a service visit am hoping that will fix it.
