Very sturdy and well made but app and various functions need work

The treadmill is sturdy and well made. We have a user who weighs 270 pounds, 6’4”, who is able to run at 6.0 mph comfortably on the treadmill with no issues. The deck could be slightly wider but otherwise the size is very good. The speakers work very well but be aware that they will connect randomly to any paired device within range. I was upstairs listening to a podcast on my ipad when I suddenly lost sound. I realized later that the speakers had connected to the treadmill one floor below. The interface/screen of the treadmill is standard and usable and the various ways to change speed and incline are convenient (fast keys, wheels on the handgrips, up/down arrows). The app is difficult to configure and the directions a bit unclear—e.g. you can configure 5 users for every device paired (?). We were finally able to get users set up but it usually isn’t worth the effort to log into the app as it doesn’t give more choices than the machine interface so we often just start the treadmill and use the manual adjustments. The treadmill does not sync properly with a fitbit to log workouts. The heart rate sensors do not work at all. My fitbit will clock my heart rate at 120+ and the heart rate sensors will show the heart rate at 75 or less. I have tried holding the grips tightly, holding loosely, holding for different periods of time but they just don’t work correctly. I am considering purchasing a heart rate monitor for the other user but there is no information on the website regarding heart rate monitors that interface correctly. I am also hesitant to spend the money for a heart rate monitor until the app is revamped to work better with connected apps such as fitbit. All in all, a good standard treadmill that performs as you would expect for the low-end range model and for any sized user.
You know what? We are 5 star pleased! This treadmill is the real thing. It is solid, responsive and easy to maintain. Actually, equal to or better than heavy duty gym treadmills.
The treadmill was fine. However the app never worked which made using the treadmill impossible. I got the treadmill to work twice out of twenty attempts because the app couldn’t connect. I tried on my wifi and off and the app would just never work.
The treadmill itself is great. Minus 1 star because of the terrible bluetooth/app features. It does not reliably connect to bluetooth to be able to actually use the speakers on the treadmill or to use the app (not that I really want to use the app, but it should work!).
Everything I get on this treadmill...... it shocks me ! Literally shocks me !
I get zapped all the time from the left or right side of the handles and I have no idea what to do. I sometimes debat if I even should get on it in fear of getting electrocuted!!!!!
