Received our treadmill

Ordering the treadmill was easy and painless. receiving and assembling our treadmill was much more involved. We ordered online with no hitches. We had a minor problem with receiving, though. When we ordered the treadmill I input our address. No mention was made that it would be arriving in an 18 wheel tractor trailer. Ours is a residential address not accessible to an 18 wheeler! Even if it were the truck wouldn’t have been able to get within 200 feet of our front door. Luckily the truck driver called to request a clarification on the delivery address and told me that he couldn’t deliver there. Since I have a pickup truck we were able to arrange an alternate site for me to receive it. Then it was up to me figure out how to get a box that was about 6 feet long x 2 1/2 feet wide, a foot thick and almost 300 pounds into my house. Luckily, I was able to do that without to much difficulty. I wish that I had been given some idea of how the delivery would be made and what would have expected of me and or the delivery site details. Since I have disassembled, moved and assembled treadmills in the past I was able to figure out how to receive our treadmill and assemble it without to much trouble. I don’t think that most people would not have been able to do this without hiring a moving company or some other professional help. Since assembling the treadmill about 2 weeks ago we have had several hours of good exercise on it and are enjoying it.

Nice quality product!

This treadmill is solid and quiet. I have used it several times so far, and I really have no complaints. I believe the box was delivered at 291 pounds, which makes it a bit difficult for one person to assemble and move around. I am a small person and was barely able to handle moving it by myself.
Other than that, a very nice product so far. Very smooth, comfortable feel when running. Plenty of speed, inclination, stability.

Great product, very easy to follow instructions for assembly. I am an active 69 year old female and with the help of my 14 year old nephew, we had the treadmill assembled and moved into position in another room Took a couple of hours. I have been using the treadmill for a few weeks now and I LOVE it. Very sturdy and well designed.

Smooth run. Switches speeds quickly and is quiet. The plastic surrounding the tread was damaged when it arrived. Cracked and gouged. It also makes a banging noise when switching inclines.

Great value for the money

Received my treadmill in June 2019 and the experience so far has been positive. It doesn't have a ton of fancy features but the machine is very sturdy and feels great to run on. The shipping company could have been better (minimal availability and did not contact me ahead of time as they said they would). Lastly, this thing is HEAVY!! be warned if you do not have someone to help you move it.
