It’s okay and expensive for what you get

I love running and stopped because of Covid. After using the 7.0 AT for over a month, it’s over priced. The bells and whistles are not worth the hefty price tag. Get the basic model.
Well, we are still waiting for a technician to come and install the last piece on the treadmill. One part in the original box was not the right part. Also, we had to have them put a new piece on one of the legs so we could adjust the height. Other than that, the treadmill is great. Thanks
Love the product but the support is terrible. I’ve tried contacting horizon 3x since I got the treadmill (December 30th) and no one has gotten back to me. The speed and incline jump when I’m running and it’s really frustrating. I’ve tried reconnecting cables. No one will contact me back. Great product. Horrible support
The machine is good, overall. It accelerates and decelerates efficiently and is very responsive to in-session adjustments. It's comfortable, even for a big fella like me (6' 2", 215lbs). It seems really well made and solidly built. My only complaint with the machine itself is that it does get squeaky from time to time, but it seems like putting the deck up and then lowering it solves the problem, so maybe it's just a leveling issue—we have an old house and seriously uneven floors, so that's my guess.
My biggest issues with this treadmill are with the software features. • If there's a way to add additional minutes on the fly because you're feeling good and want to extend the program, it's not apparent or intuitive to me. • I still haven't been able to figure out how to save a custom program. • For some reason, even though I'm not holding onto the heart rate sensors, the display shows heart rate and not calories burned. • And lastly, plugging our iPad into the USB port causes tremendous lag when interacting with the treadmill controls during setup. We only use it to charge the iPad, and I guess the treadmill is trying to do more? Have to wait to plug it in until after you hit the start button.
Overall, I have no regrets with this purchase. I think it's a fantastic value for the money. It was pretty easy to assemble and once I've hit the start button, it does what it's supposed to do.
Love, love, love this treadmill! I don't even go to the track anymore. I got my treadmill to fill in for the cold and/or rainy days and then I was using it for the hill climb features and now, I use it all the time because it provides challenges I do not get on a flat track without speed controls. I do not use any fitness apps, just the radio through the blue tooth speakers. The only issue I have had is trying to figure out how to turn off the LUBE BELT light. I have followed the directions multiple times and haven't had any luck with the reminder disappearing.
