Treadmill itself was great, shipping was a problem. Delivery company did not originally bring enough people to assemble, had to wait a couple weeks for a reschedule.

I love this treadmill so much! I am very happy with this purchase. The speakers could be louder but everything else is perfect! Assembly was quick and easy!! I am finally able to get my work out in at home rather than going to a packed gym!

Shipment, Setup and Initial Thoughts

The item shipped in the timing noted on the website. The carrier brought the box in the house and helped set it in a good spot for setup. The box had minor damage to the outside of it but it is packed well with thick styrofoam, cardboard and scrap wood that kept the treadmill safe.
I watched the setup video online before attempting. It took me about an hour and a half, reading every word to make sure I didn’t mess anything up. It was not very difficult to set up, just took some time and depending on your comfort level you may want someone else to assist you in holding things as you put the bolts in. The last step, requiring the addition of the silicone was helpful to watch the video online to understand the steps.
We got the pad to put under it and it was difficult to wheel the treadmill on to it without it bunching up a lot. It took 3 of us and a little patience to get it to work.
As others have noted the treadmill is very quiet when running on its own. The incline goes higher than I can anticipate ever needing. Overall after first use the treadmill seems as advertised and I’m optimistic that it will continue to meet our needs.
