COVID Purchase that I won't regret

I originally invested in the Treadmill because all the gyms have been closed due to COVID-19. However, I actually like this treadmill a lot more than I like the ones at the gym, and I will probably switch to training at home even after the gyms reopen. This treadmill does not have tons of fancy features, but the ones it does have work very well. I am an Endurance Triathlete, training for my first 140.6, so I need a treadmill that can keep up, and this one definitely does. The extra long belt allows me to do sprint sets without falling off the back, which is frequently a problem for me. In addition, the treadmill is fairly quite (depending on how hard you pound or drag your feet), which allows me to run without bothering my neighbors (in an apartment). I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great treadmill.

New to treadmills so I'll give it a 4.5 for the moment. Intuitive controls, smooth transitions. Heavy duty materials used in its construction. Upkeep seems simple enough. Individual user settings are useful and there is a guest setting as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall it’s a great treadmill. My biggest complaint is the bars for incline/speed knobs. They stick out too far and I find my hands knock into them often and cause it to adjust unintentionally. Also, the plastic piece at the front of the deck is pretty big/bulky. I find my feet hit that frequently too. Other than that, it’s a great treadmill for the price!

I do like the size and performance of the treadmill. I do have two issues: 1) the frame below the belt on right side squeaks during incline and while level. 2) the pulse reading panels on the handle rarely work. I believe that’s due to the way the handle is constructed.

Horizon 7.0 AT Treadmill - Strongly Recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this treadmill for winter/rainy day use in my basement. After a lot of research, landed on this brand/model and after 6 months couldn't be happier. App is not great but the treadmill is better than many gym treadmills I have used. Have this set up in front of a large TV in my basement and this helps me to run and walk for hours (I typically dislike running in almost ay form and get bored very quickly). Favorite features include dial incline/speed, easy button one-touch speed/incline, and overall layout and robust build of the treadmill. Would buy again every time, strongly recommend.

Good for the most part

I've had this treadmill for probably 8 months now. I run on it a couple of times a week and do short walks on it 5-6 times a week. It's a nice looking, sturdy treadmill that is easy to operate. It has a good variety of pre-programmed runs. However, the fan blows into your chest rather than your face. Some may like this, but I don't because I don't feel the fan as much as I'd like. Also, the cup holder area isn't recessed, it's flat so my water bottle bounces around a fair amount. Finally, the treadmill changes speeds without me touching the buttons on the console or the quick dial controls. When it changes it's only by .1 or .2, but still, it's frustrating and potentially dangerous. For the most part it's a good treadmill. My complaints are minor, but I do wish I would have tried it out in a store first before purchasing.

Belt Issue making the treadmill unusable, cannot get to a support representative for help.

Followed their instructions to center the belt, and it did not help, cannot use the treadmill now. Have been on hold for 30+ minutes trying to get help, and just keep getting the same music/message over and over again.
