Very solid product and service

Our Horizon 7.0 AT sustained some damage during shipping. Called the Tech Support toll free number, described/sent image of the issue (broken motor cover and power switch), and they responded wonderfully. Shipped replacement parts to the house and scheduled a technician to install the parts and test the treadmill. We're up and running!

I love it so far! So quiet! I like the workout options. It accommodates any fitness level. It allows me to sync my workout with other apps like the MyFitnessPal and FitBit.

Solid machine, relatively easy to assembly. Only downside I have is the plastic covers on the sides of the arms are easily stripped these should be bolts with a metal insert, and that the bolts provided strip easily and makes me question the longevity, recommend supplying grade 5 hardware.

We have owned a couple of treadmills & an elliptical. By far, Horizon’s treadmill is superior with the options, apps, quality and warranty. We chose not to have it put it together and my husband did it alone and in only a few hours. The directions and the way they packaged the supplies were better than most children’s toys we’ve seen. Awesome product and customer service!

Defective in less than a week

Thought this would be a great treadmill based on reviews. In under a week the belt will no long stay centered or tight no matter what adjustments were made and motor is already making a ticking noise. The instructions also mention how to center the belt by using the Horizon logo on the belt as a point of reference. There is no Horizon logo on the belt. I have a feeling this model is pieced together with whatever cheap parts they have laying around. I am only giving this 2 stars as these immediate issues speak volumes to how long the treadmill will actually last.
