Purchased for use by 3 different adults so needed to meet multiple needs, a 6 foot 200+lb man for running as well as his wife who wants to get back into shape after their second child and their 58 year old Mom/mother-in-law who’s looking to get in some exercise time watching little ones while they work. It was selected for the sturdiness, size and length as well as options for multiple users and the warranty. It’s s solid unit put together in about 11/2 hours. The only issues we had were that the “courtesy” delivery which promised to bring the unit inside the house was issued to a company that only sent one poor guy to deliver who asked if there was anyone there to help him. You’d think a 300 lb treadmill would warrant 2 guys to prevent damage but between the delivery guy and grandma who helped to pivot and push, the unit was delivered with no damage. The only other issue is that it required lubricating/oiling the belt prior to use. Since the belt comes already assembled why can’t this be done at the factory level at least for the first time? There was also a large screen button sticker which came crunched up but after realizing it was the Spanish version it was not a problem. As for the unit itself it is simple and solid and reasonably quiet itself. The adjusting of the belt after loosening to lubricate is a little tricky and took some time to get centered again. The folding operation is smooth and easy. Looking forward to getting some good use out it.
I was very excited to receive this treadmill! It took a bit over 2 weeks from order to delivery. When it arrived, it was HEAVY, definitely struggled getting it into the house. Putting it together wasn’t so bad, maybe took 2 hours total. The instructions were kind of jumbled, some typos and things that made it a bit muddy. Once we figured it out, I had to find a video on how to lubricate the belt, but it seems to be running as it should. Having a bit of a struggle getting the belt centered but it’s a learning process since this is the first one I’ve owned. So far so good!
This treadmill is much better than the NordicTrac C900 3 chp it replaced. Mainly due to the bluetooth and the much smoother motor and belt. Its also much more quiet. Assembly is also much more simple. I run on 10 speed only and it works fine. I cant handle 111 or 12 yet maybe in a few months.
I bought this treadmill based on the recommendation from a coworker and for the most part, I am satisfied. It feels very solid, is quiet, and I set it up by myself with no trouble (54 yr old female). What prevents me from 5 stars: The 2 handles for controlling the speed/incline are in a weird place for holding the handles when it is in full incline (12%). When I have my hands on the handles my feet are constantly striking the front cover of the belt. Maybe I have short arms, but it is not a comfortable position. Two: lubricating the belt was extremely painful because the belt only releases so far. This means that you are attempting to squeeze the bottle of silicone (which is no easy feat) while spreading the silicone back and forth in a zigzag pattern. The problem is that my hands were rubbed raw across all my knuckles from this procedure - not just a little, but bleeding because the underside of the belt is just as rough as the top side. Use gloves for this procedure...the instructions could include this. Three - the heart rate hand grips are not functioning. I need to call the customer support line to see what my options are. Otherwise, the machine works great.
I'm pumped to have this treadmill. It was so easy to order on line, and loved the free shipping. Setting up a convenient time for delivery was easy. The product was easy to assemble.
This is a great treadmill. After doing days of research, I ordered the 7.0at. Im a distance runner and living in MI makes a treadmill a necessity. Its quiet, has tons of features, and is well worth the money. Highly recommend!
So far so good, my husband set the treadmill up for me, said it was not too hard, so far a great experience, very quiet, smooth experience, love that I could set my distance and it would stop when finished, haven’t even had the chance to try all of the features yet but loving so far
