Training for an endurance race
on March 19, 2023

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the treadmill because I am training for an endurance race. I have loved the treadmill so far. I have enjoyed the high incline of the treadmill, it is a real access with the training.

Certain Buttons Don’t Work—-No Support
on April 21, 2023
Posted by: Vicky G.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Random buttons on our treadmill will not work (the number 3 speed, etc). My husband believes it’s an easy switch if the board which he can do—but we can’t get anyone on phone or via email, and we purchased the warranty. We’ve contacted a lawyer and started that process. How annoying. It’s a great treadmill otherwise, so it’s a shame, because we probably would’ve recommended it to others.

I loved it. Until it broke.

I purchased my 7.0 AT 3 years ago and have loved it. Easy maintenance, comfortable, efficient controls. A week after our 3 year anniversary, the console display died. We are being told that the fix is essentially the cost of the treadmill (700+ 150 service + 150 install). It is out of warranty and we are out of luck. I have recommended the treadmill to many, I just hope that they don't have the same issue.

Failed after less than 3 years of light use.
on October 25, 2023

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I have had my 7.0 AT Treadmill for less than 3 years now. I have had to replace the belt already, the running deck developed a crackled texture, which causes drag when running, and just this week my Motor Control Board started pouring out thick white smoke when a capacitor went bad. Add to that the need to lube and vacuum the treadmill every month, and this is a poor performing, high maintenance product.

Assembly not easy
on November 9, 2023
Posted by: Larry
I assembled it myself. The instructions are okay but better illustrations would help. Connecting the wiring involves pulling a wire through the post and that was a pain as it got stuck at the top of the post. I had to remove a plastic cover to get it through. The hardest part was the lubrication of the belt and then centering the belt and getting the correct tension! This took me over 3 hours, watching several videos, and lots of effort. A better design on the tension adjustment is needed rather than a trial and error labor. The Horizon videos are of some help but other sources are better.

Some Good…Some Bad
on December 29, 2023

We paid extra for “white glove delivery” and it was ok, the gentleman was friendly and efficient. I will say that they didn’t make sure everything worked but wanted to make sure I put the silicone under the belt. The handles were broken and the QuickDial speed doesn’t work. I’m not able get an effective workout because I don’t have the option (that I know of) to have increments in speed. Options are 1.0, 2.0, etc. I’ve yet to hear back anything after 4 days.

Good and bad
on January 16, 2024

We have had the treadmill for about 10 days. I like the cushioned feeling of the belt. We do not use any of the apps , just do a manual workout. I hate the console. No cup holders just small shelves. The hand grips for the heart rate are difficult to grip in the vertical position and they are too low thus making the heart rate count inaccurate.
