So far it has been great on travels, but remember to pack light or you’ll be hauling a heavy suit case. The wheels are great, of course they get slowed down a bit on different texture like carpet. Other wise the greatest Travel essential!

Great usability but very fragile outside material

I have used the product just once so far. It has a great handle and feel to it. Even though I purposely didn't dispatch this carry on and decided to have it with me on a 3 stops very long international flight, it showed lot's of really ugly scratches just from being placed in the overhead bins of the 3 different planes. I'll attach a picture to showcase the scratches. For the price I've paid, I'm very disappointed with this first traveling experience with my new Samsonite carry-on and don't recommend the purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great case. Bought and used immediately for three weeks of international business travel from US, through Europe and then Asia. No issues, looks sharp, rolls nice, can pack a lot in the compartments, etc. The only issue I see is the rubber material on the handle is already starting to crack...so while beautiful on the showroom floor, when on and off planes a lot the rubber over the push button cracks after extensive use.

I absolutely love this suitcase. I have the grey and my husband has the black color. We took them on a 6 month trip to Europe and Asia and did not have one problem at all. Cobblestone streets, many airplanes and trains, and packing and unpacking daily. Sure, the outside gets a little beat up but its a freaking suitcase, what do you expect and why does it need to look pretty? It never broke and the scratches on it are like souvenirs :)
