I bought this because if consumer reports high rating and it did not disappoint. I’ve never had a hard case before. I thought I really needed those external pockets, but this bag has such nice pockets internally, and places them intelligently that stuff stays organized and is really easy to access. All the mechanisms work flawlessly. It’s been less than two months and more than three trips since I bought it, and it still looks like new. I’m a satisfied customer. Good job, Samsonite.

Used it for the first time on a trip to AZ. It was easy to maneuver, the handle is sturdy and it is large enough for a weeks worth of clothes, three pair of shoes and a short winter coat (used for hot air balloon ride). Plus it fits in the overhead on the plane.

Front wheel isn’t stable

I bought this carry-on one month ago and the first time I used it I noticed that one of the front wheels was not even with the others. This makes the bag hard to roll and stay upright. Also, the handle is very wobbly. I thought the product would be better for the price I paid.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This suitcase was great. Just got back from an 8 day trip. I stuffed way too much in it as we weren't sure of the weather.
I used packing cubes and could barely get it closed but the zipper held. There is flexibility in the sides of the suitcase that allows way more give than I ever expected. The zippered sections were handy. The wheels worked well and it was very light.
