We took these for an initial 10 day trip. They're light, they roll easily, and--once you get used to it--pack quite a lot. We did check them in a couple times and one of them wound up with a fairly significant stratch near the top, something that raised some worries about long term durability. The clamshell design also isn't the greatest when it comes to opening the suitcase in a fairly cramped space. Most of the time, we had to open it on the floor.

Scratches easily!

I bought this 6 days ago, it went on one flight and looks terrible. The entire suitcase is scratched And scuffed. If I had known this prior I would not have purchased.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fantastic suitcase. Holds a ton in a very smart and easy to pack format. Stuff the two sides and, push it together, and zip. I like to use one side for shoes and the other w/ clothes. Amazing how much it will hold in a carryon that fits nicely in new overheads, rolls like a dream, and love the way it locks and charges devices. Toiletries all fit nicely and flat in the zip cover. So far, the best, most versatile road warrior bag yet, and super tough!
