Disappointing quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this thing for less than a year and one of my zippers fell out. I have no idea how to get it back on because the zipper start area is sown in. I hope I can get warranty

The handle is sturdy and the button is easy to push when you mean to but hard to push accidentally while your moving the bag around. The interior is well made and thoughtfully executed. I really like this bag.
