I transitioned from a previous model Somsonite bag that made it ~7 years, Samsonite discontinued that version moved into this bag still under the Samsonite 10 year warranty and in 10-11 months 3 of the wheels busted apart - unfortunately while on a trip - will not buy again - I am a frequent traveler
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This case seems to be built very well, with easy functioning combo locks and a convenient USB charger port on the exterior. The rollers seem very built, and not cheap like in many other cases.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have loved having this bag around. It's the quintessential bag for any person to have on their person, ensuring ease and comfort everywhere you go. I look forward to putting some miles and some trips on this one as it's already gone through a few and held up well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used the Outline Pro for the first time in October for my husband and it worked great! Easy to roll/spin, packs a lot when you fold/roll properly. Would have preferred a different color (I have black) however, I will get something to identify this piece of luggage for future travel
I would recommend this to a friend!
