I bought this 6 days ago, it went on one flight and looks terrible. The entire suitcase is scratched And scuffed. If I had known this prior I would not have purchased.

i was given this as a replacement of another bag when it broke. i needed and hand luggage roller but this one doesn't fit the size of any airline i've flown with yet so i keep getting forced to check it in. it is much heavier than my previous bag too, i would not recommend it

The quality of the outside of this suitcase is terrible: it looks like I am carrying a toddler’s barbie suitcase that was purchased at a toy store. I was very disappointed, it doesn’t look anything like the the photo and I will not be using this carry-on.

I gave one star because it is a gift and he hasn’t opened it yet. Disappointed in Samsonite. I called and emailed and never got a response. I wanted to exchange the color. The gray was lighter than I thought and wanted the black. Thanks for the great customer service.
