It is not as heavy as I expected from looking at it. It has expandable capability. Definitely presentable. Unfortunately, as tough as it looks and feel, it is not scuff resistant. Maneuverability and handling is easy. I woulf redesign the skin to make it scuff tesistant.

Just bought this two days ago and it arrived pretty fast! (I opt with free shipping) plus, look at the color of the goldstone! Omg the VERGEL BLACK COLOR is almost rose gold but toned down rose gold!! So gorgeous!! Also this is slightly smaller than the freeform carry-on which is perfect because of my back issues!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not at all impressed. Looks very cheap and the color pink was a drab, dull pink and not like it is in the picture. Will be returning as I do not think it's a good value for the money.

I got this suitcase because I loved the look and needed a new carry-on bag. Finally, I packed it up and took it on a trip, but I learned that it did not qualify as a carry-on and that I had to check it. I ended up having to pay almost the cost of the suitcase in checked bag fees over my entire trip. After some more research, I found that very few airlines view the size of this bag as a carry-on. Why label it that way and call it carry-on if that is not accurate? Or just make it an inch shorter.
