Great concept, terrible lock. Don't buy.

Great concept, terrible lock, it does NOT keep the suitecase closed or latched. It opens while you are walking, in transit, or letting it sit there. Tried submitting a warranty repair and it says it is not covered and are asking me to pay out of pocket for shipping and repairs. Do NOT buy this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
