The space, the built-in TSA locks, and the extra compartments make this the perfect travel companion for me and my many impromptu vacations. I travel internationally several times a year and it has not mattered if I buy expensive luggage like Tumi or cheap luggage from an outlet store. None of them hold up. Low-quality, too-short handle is a deal-breaker

The Outline Pro Medium Spinner body and zipper are well-made, but it's a much bigger bag than I expected; more like a large suitace than a medium one. The handle, however, is the deal-breaker. It's very rikety and unstable and doesn't extend high enough to comfortably move around with another bag on top. I contacted Samsonite about the unacceptable-quality handle, but they had nothing to offer since it wasn't broken.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
