Would not recommend, not durable

I have been purchasing Samsonsite for the past couple years due to the reputation of their durability and since I travel frequently. However, I am no longer interested or recommending their products to anyone. I recently purchased this suitcase in December as a gift and within the second use of it, the zipper broke completely off leaving only one functional zipper. Another suitcase similar to this one I bought less than a year ago, the handle broke and bent, making it immobile to change the height of the handle even to push it down for storage. I am unable to fix it even by unzipping the inside of suitcase. I am disappointed as these suitcases cost a decent amount and have a reputation that they are durable and last. Unfortunately I do not think purchasing them is worth it especially since two of mine have been broken in less than a year on different accounts. There are many options in finding decent affordable suitcases, I would not recommend buying these products.

Low-quality, too-short handle is a deal-breaker

The Outline Pro Medium Spinner body and zipper are well-made, but it's a much bigger bag than I expected; more like a large suitace than a medium one. The handle, however, is the deal-breaker. It's very rikety and unstable and doesn't extend high enough to comfortably move around with another bag on top. I contacted Samsonite about the unacceptable-quality handle, but they had nothing to offer since it wasn't broken.

Mars Red is not as pictured

In person, it is more like a pink/flesh tone. it seems the Digital renderings on this page are not accurate and the photos in the review are from older versions of this model.
