Disappointed- broke after 2 trips!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this not long ago and used it only twice! On the second trip, zipper detached and it was really scratched up. We had to buy new luggage and went with a soft side. We have used Samsonite luggage years and am so disappointed in this poorly designed luggage. I think the zipper was just glued on and the give in the expandable fabric (which we didn’t even open) made it separate from the hard case. Our other hardcase carryons have a zipperless system which worked really well but this one was sketchy from the start. If I hadn’t needed it right away, I would’ve returned it. Back to a soft side luggage.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first hardside piece of luggage and I'm thrilled with it. While I haven't traveled with it yet, the materials and construction of the suitcase are very high quality. It took me years to find a hardside bag that actually had straps and pockets on the inside and seemed sturdy enough to last. Plus, you can't beat the color options!

I liked the way in which the two sides maintained the clothes in their place. I was taking it on a winter trip with heavier weight clothes and the suitcase held much more than I expected.

Nice organization, but case scratches easily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, overall, this outline pro medium spinner has some good points. It’s lightweight, which is nice. It’s my first hard shell suitcase, and I do like the ability to organize better using two sides than in a one-sided soft sider, even though I can’t pack in quite as much. Handle worked fine. Wheels worked well, but I’m concerned how long they will last given their construction; we shall see.
However, I’m quite disappointed in how scraped up my new suitcase got on its very first use on a trip to Europe a couple months ago. Definitely not as durable as I’d hoped. Looks like I’ve used it for years of trips already. Sad. (See the pic.)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 2 Samsonite European sized carry ons, but I needed a larger bag to use as a checked bag. This one is perfect! It’s large enough to hold a lot of stuff, but not too large, so it’s easy to transport and it doesn’t incur any extra fees as a checked bag. The zipper is sturdy and the wheels roll smoothly so I am very happy with it!
