[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was taking a work trip to NYC and needed a spinner to replace my old two wheel suitcase. I knew I’d be walking with my luggage for a while, and a previous trip made it very obvious that a spinner would be so much easier to handle over a distance. This suitcase worked well. It holds *a lot* even without expanding it, but that does make it heavy. It was hard to lift into the overhead storage on the train, for example. I might opt for the next size down if I were doing it over. It also scratches easily, and I wonder how long the handles will last. They feel a little flimsy. So far I really like it, though. The multiple tie down straps and organizer insert make it easy to keep an organized bag with everything being easy to find.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 2 Samsonite European sized carry ons, but I needed a larger bag to use as a checked bag. This one is perfect! It’s large enough to hold a lot of stuff, but not too large, so it’s easy to transport and it doesn’t incur any extra fees as a checked bag. The zipper is sturdy and the wheels roll smoothly so I am very happy with it!

Nice organization, but case scratches easily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, overall, this outline pro medium spinner has some good points. It’s lightweight, which is nice. It’s my first hard shell suitcase, and I do like the ability to organize better using two sides than in a one-sided soft sider, even though I can’t pack in quite as much. Handle worked fine. Wheels worked well, but I’m concerned how long they will last given their construction; we shall see.
However, I’m quite disappointed in how scraped up my new suitcase got on its very first use on a trip to Europe a couple months ago. Definitely not as durable as I’d hoped. Looks like I’ve used it for years of trips already. Sad. (See the pic.)
