WHEEL BROKE OFF ON FIRST USE

Used once. Wheel broke off. Bag was not overweight. Trying to navigate the warranty process is impossible. Purchased 12/10 for a flight 12/11.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am incredibly happy with the overall construction, sturdiness, zippers, etc. The only thing I'm getting used to is slightly lack of interior space on the smaller one - but I truly need to pack less anyway! ha!
