Amazing luggage. The only reason for not giving a 5 star rating is both cases are missing pull tabs on the zippers inside the case.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for your feedback! The zippers on the lining intentionally do not have pull tabs as they aren't intended for consumer use. Because our luggage carries a ten-year warranty, we include a zipper just in case we need to repair the handle system or wheels. That way, we don't ruin the lining while doing so. I wrote this review mainly because I keep getting spam email from Samsonite asking for my review and when I tried to unsubscribe from the email it constantly gives me an error page. I hate spam emails so here is my review.

The luggage came without a key so I can’t even open it. And I need it for a trip in a few days. Awful.
