It did take five adults and watching a you tube video to figure out how to open it for the first time, but once we got that, it was good to go. Biggest plus is wheels, having the dual instead of just single really helps to navigate, especially during those inevitable moments where you end up having to push someone else's carry on along with your own

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t know what I missing until I got a Samsonite. I travel 2 weeks out of every month and never realized the positive difference quality luggage makes in my airport experience. These pieces effortlessly maneuver the different levels, bumps and turns in airports and airplanes. It’s light but not flimsy and it’s sturdy but not bulky. And the capacity is more than I previously fit in my soft shell luggage. I will not be able to go back to standard luggage pieces since getting the Freeform. The value is worth the price tag.
