Came without a key

The luggage looks and works great. The issue is the passcode on the smallest piece of luggage is locked with the zippers locked. When we tried putting in 000 it stays locked. We would just like to be able to unlock our smallest suitcase.

Amazing luggage. The only reason for not giving a 5 star rating is both cases are missing pull tabs on the zippers inside the case.

Thank you for your feedback! The zippers on the lining intentionally do not have pull tabs as they aren't intended for consumer use. Because our luggage carries a ten-year warranty, we include a zipper just in case we need to repair the handle system or wheels. That way, we don't ruin the lining while doing so.
