[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced an old suitcase with a broken zipper. What a difference the spinner wheels make! Just rolling it around in the house over rugs,, up a flight of stairs, etc, we can see how easy it will be to move this suitcase through our travels. We're on a roll, now! The size is actually bigger than I thought, having read some of the reviews. Can't wait for vacation!

Great!… until it Broke

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My entire family has this model. I got this bag as a gift for my college graduation in 2023! I have the whole set in white and It’s definitely got good use and it was pretty durable. It’s only downfall was when it broke in the Boston airport (zippers off of the track). I think the zipper got caught on something, but it completely flew open and was unfixable with a flight to catch. We ended up having to find a box and panic-transfer all of its contents. Unfortunately, we had to abandon it at the airport.
