I don't particularly care for the detachable inserts (I wish they were fixed instead of removable), but they were useful!

Hardshell is not durable

I wanted to like this luggage but it got horribly scratched on just my first trip! Samsonite is usually my go-to for luggage but the material on this design is clearly not durable. It was beautiful and now it looks awful. I wish I could return it.

Made it to Japan and back!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the entire set in green: carry on, medium and large. Used all three to Japan and came back without any major flaws. (A few scratches but that's because of the baggage handlers). They all fit inside one another for storage so it doesn't take up too much space.
