Horrible Durability with Scratches

I purchased the Outline Pro in navy in early July for my departure to Hawaii on the 23rd of July. When I arrived in Hawaii the very first thing I noticed at the luggage carousel was how my luggage did stand a chance as far as scratch resistance. I only used this once. As I unpacked this morning from my return last night I couldn’t help but look at my new luggage that I paid a lot of money for was so ugly and filled with so many scratches. Yes, I understand luggage will sustain some damage based on handling but this is ridiculous. When I purchased my new luggage I loved it so much that I though when I return from my trip I’d buy my son a set. Now I just am strongly reconsidering it.

The hard case appears very sturdy and the wheels moves great. I love the lock and it speaks class. I have Samsonite soft side luggage’s that have lasted over 10 years and hope I have similar experience with the hard case.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] such a great suitcase. the wheels are perfect, it doesnt get stuck, it has so much space and comes with compression packing. zippers work perfect. pretty much everything about it is perfect (including the color). my only complaint was that it was hard to figure out how to unlock it when you first open the package. The suitcase comes locked. there are no instructions anywhere in the package on how to unlock so i had to look it up and do some digging on the internet. I think i had to find the answer in reddit! Not a great first impression and it was super frustrating digging for the info. Samsonite should make this a little more clear - put the instructions on the tag or something. once we got past that ive had zero complaints and LOVE my new suitcase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This outline pro large spinner is the best piece of luggage that I have ever owned. I went to Ireland with the Pro Large Spinner along with a Samsonite Pro Carry on and have found them to be by far the must durable pieces of luggage that I have ever owned. In addition, the emerald pieces that I chose were immediately visible among many other random pieces of luggage coming down chutes and belts on retrieval.
