Good, but gets scratched easily

The luggage is of high quality and well made, however, it gets scratched easily and you need to use a cover (which I have not found for this model), otherwise it will lose its good shape fairly quickly. I was planning to buy a small and medium size, but will be looking for some other model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Color not as pictured (misty grey)

Overall, think it's a great bag, but beware that the "misty grey" color is grayer than really whiteish as it shows in the pictures. It looks a little bit old and dated if I'm honest. Kinda of letdown as I can't exchange for another color. I would recommend the bag, just not that particular color

Looks nice but is NOT durable

I liked the color (burgundy) and features of this suitcase, but I checked this bag for the first time on a recent flight. When I got if off the baggage claim it had a hole all the way through the PLASTIC exterior. For the price paid, I would expect that I would be able to travel with this suitcase for years - not that it would be damaged after the first flight. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Only taken it on one trip, but so far I'm very pleased. For as large as it is, it rolls very well. Love the color and easy to spot when collecting our bags. Interested to see how well it holds up over time.

Weird sleeve, beveled contours reduce capacity

Cons:
* Weird/useless detached internal sleeve in addition to the typical pocket found on the inner compartment cover in most suitcases. You can see it in the animation among product images here on the product page. I found its floating around annoying.
* The beveled shape means less capacity - you can't take advantage of the full volume that a box shape would allow.
