Purchased 7 months ago. All of a sudden going to the airport the handle gets stuck!!! Goes down halfway and then the right side of handle is locked. I'm currently writing this at the airport.

Loved the light weight of it. But after one long trip, it looked like it was at least 5 years old. the scratches were deep and very noticeable. I would buy a different model.
Pros: Easy To Access Items, Easy To Identify, Good Capacity, Lightweight
Cons: deep scratches with first use

This bag scratches very easily. I would not recommend it if you will be checking your bag as mine got scratches all over and looked like it has been used for a long time just after 1 use.
