Bought two bags. One is defective and customer service had me jump through hoops to return product. Sent them photos and info as requested. To date they have not responded. (Two weeks). Not impressed!

I just came back from a trip and the luggage bag worked great. I was able to put away many clothes into the luggage. It was easy to maneuver around with the wheels and it's very strong meaning it handle a beating from the luggage carriers at the airport. I liked it so much that I purchased the larger one (the spinner 28 inch).

This 21" spinner is a lightweight, durable carry-on luggage. It packs lots of things than you can imagine. U get what u pay for and it lasts a long time. Samsonite luggage is the best one. Highly recommend.

Used it as a carry on luggage and it was a perfect size. The luggage itself was light and I was able to fit a lot of stuff in it. The wheels rolled smoothly even when the luggage was filled. Some spinners become harder to use when it gets heavy.
