Very disappointed

I'm very disappointed because asked for this suitcase as a gift and after using 3 times, the handle gets stuck and the outside is very scrapped and scuffed. I previously used a Samsonite for years and I was really excited to use this. Now I feel badly that I asked my family member to buy this for me and I don't want to use it. The outside looks terrible and it's difficult to push the handle up and down.

I love everything about my new Samsonite freeform Carry on spinner suitcase. I love the color. I love it so much that I had to go out and buy the Medium Suitcase to go Along with it not sure if I’m gonna go buy the large one don’t have space for that but I love everything the hard case the color is just awesome. Pretty but had NO instructions on how to set /unlock!!..had to Google it, but for the price I paid I shouldn't have had to....another fellow cruiser that ordered one also did not have instructions
