Where’s the key?

I just got this wonderful carry-on — love everything about it (so far). However, in addition to the combination lock there’s also a key lock, but NO KEY. Is that something I have to order separately?

I ordered it in color navy and when I got to the hotel where I received it, everything was right but the color. It was black and I really need it that day and wanted in navy because I have the other sizes in that color. So Unfortunately I couldn’t send it back and I had to keep it in black. If I knew there weren’t navy, I wouldn’t have bought it

I bought this carry on almost six years ago when it first launched. I have traveled a ton with it since and it has held up really well. Spacious, lightweight, easy to maneuver, and durable. Yes, it does get scuff marks with use, but I don't mind them. They're not too noticeable and honestly just a sign that my luggage is well traveled and well loved. Highly recommend this piece!
