Scratches easily!

I bought this 6 days ago, it went on one flight and looks terrible. The entire suitcase is scratched And scuffed. If I had known this prior I would not have purchased.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The quality of the outside of this suitcase is terrible: it looks like I am carrying a toddler’s barbie suitcase that was purchased at a toy store. I was very disappointed, it doesn’t look anything like the the photo and I will not be using this carry-on.

I gave one star because it is a gift and he hasn’t opened it yet. Disappointed in Samsonite. I called and emailed and never got a response. I wanted to exchange the color. The gray was lighter than I thought and wanted the black. Thanks for the great customer service.

I have not used this suitcase to travel yet. But my firat impression is very good. I love the look and style. I love the zipper closure side that also has zipper pockets. Then the compression side also has zipper pockets. It feels well made. I will be testing it in Oct!
