NOT A 22 X 14 X 9 CARRY ON. MUST CHECK IT OFTEN.

This is NOT a "carry on" suitcase. Because it is larger than the 22 X 14 X 9 dimensions allowed by many airlines for carry on's, you may be forced to check it and pay a baggage fee. Buyer beware -- don't buy this if you fly often, especially if you fly internationally where luggage rules are stricter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Went on my first international trip last October with only this carry-on and the weekender. Two weeks! Performed outstanding! Mars Red is beautiful

Samsonite is not only a company who's been around for decades but also continues to invest in their brand. The Freeform is truly durable and lightweight and I'm sure the Outline will not disappoint. The wheels glide smoothly and the shell is durable withstanding a beating from luggage handlers. A worthwhile investment.
