I like most of it. The one change which is the inside pockets are not clear and deep so I cannot see what’s inside. Also, the flap/ divider zipper closes towards the middle of the suitcase not outside - still deciding if I like this feature….

I love this new design on the inside. I got this due to power charging ability. I will be giving my daughter my old Samsonite luggage for this new one. I love the ability to charge my phone while waiting in the airport.

Good Max Size Carry-on, but Specs not Accurate

I was looking for the largest size carry-on that would be allowed on most US domestic flights and this one was almost perfect.
The interior dimensions on the web page might be technically correct, but the actual useable interior dimensions are 20” tall and 9 inches deep. This is a lot of good space, but I need 21 inches tall to fit a tri-fold garment bag. If it only had an extra inch, this would be a keeper. Likely will be a great option for most people and much better deal that other direct order, overpriced luggage.

Really awesome carry-on. We used this on British Air and had no problems with overhead storage with this bag. I bought this for my husband and now I'm going to buy one for me! Every centimeter counts when doing carry-on "only", and this bag really maximizes what we can take. Awesome bag.
