I gave one star because it is a gift and he hasn’t opened it yet. Disappointed in Samsonite. I called and emailed and never got a response. I wanted to exchange the color. The gray was lighter than I thought and wanted the black. Thanks for the great customer service.

I normally do not like to buy luggage online, in this case I like this bag. It is the perfect size to carry on if I like or check. Wheels are nice and free spinning, the case seems to be strong. I choose this unit because it had high ratings and I was in need of a bag to replace the one I had been using for the past 10ish years. So far I am pleased. The set up works well and I can pack for two weeks with ease.
