Exterior finish does not hold up well.

I have the black set and while they're nice looking, well made, lightweight, and offer superb protection, the exterior looks absolutely TERRIBLE after just one trip. After going through airport baggage handling the suitcases look like they're 10 years old. The finish is somewhat smooth, yet has a slightly rubbery texture so it attracts dirt, dust and debris. Scuffs and scratches appeared immediately. I have other Samsonite hardside luggage that is almost 10 years old but still looks better than this. For the money, I'd purchase another set with a more texture exterior finish. Very disappointed.
Pros: Easy To Access Items, Easy To Carry, Good Capacity, Stylish
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love it but is it too big???? Help

Can't wait to use this but concerned about airline restrictions on dimensions. This is measuring 66 inches and total and most airlines have a 62 inch limit. Has anyone ever been charged for oversized baggage with this luggage?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The suitcase looked great when I bought it but one trip and it's covered in scratched and scruff. The trip was a normal flight without any out of the normal handling. It will be interesting to see how long this lasts. So far, not best impressed.

had this suitcase for less than a year and the handled got stuck and would go down, and yes it broken now!
Pros: Lightweight, Stylish
Cons: Poor Quality
