[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just replaced my other suitcase, same model, after five years as traveling at least 3 times each year! The zipper started becoming loose but other than that it has been through a lot of baggage handlers!

Iwent to the UK and back, and despite my suitcase receiving a few dings and scratches from the baggage handlers, none of the goodies I brought home were damaged. (delicate marzipan and chocolates) Success!

Was satisfied with the room for packing. Was disappointed with the cheap plastic appearance and how easily scratched it is. Would recommend using a luggage cover. Unfortunately the retractable handle broke my first use. It does not appear you can get a handle replacement. Would not recommend this product.
